The Sandwich Democratic Town Committee, at its June meeting, awarded $500 scholarships to two Sandwich High graduating seniors, Kaitlin Meiss and Griffin Young. The Committee made the awards based on the students’ strong academic performance and their many volunteer efforts in school and community. Welcome to the website of the Sandwich Democratic Town Committee (SDTC). We invite you to review this information and contact us if you have any questions or suggestions.

We strongly encourage you to join our organization – many of you have done so during this past election cycle. Thus, we are benefitting from new energy, new ideas and an ongoing commitment to the ideals of the Democratic Party.

As you well know, this is a very critical time in our nation’s history. The issues so important to middle and working class families are up for debate at the national, state and local levels.

We as Democrats must continue to stand in support of the economic, healthcare, educational, social and environmental principles and policies that are the bedrock of our Party. The SDTC is committed to focus on these issues in the months ahead. We strongly encourage you to join us.

Thanks for your interest.

Paul Houlihan
